Customer Service Representative (Dutch & German)

As part of eHealth Ventures Group (EHVG), we at eMedvertise are working on e-commerce platforms that give people more control over their well-being. Currently via our existing platforms Dokteronline, SeeMe-NoPause and Breinfijn.

Your
tasks.

As a Customer Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers and for our partner pharmacies. You play an important role in creating a positive customer experience on our online platforms. With your friendliness, clarity and focus on solutions, you ensure that customers feel heard and that partner pharmacies always receive the right information.

Your activities include:

  • Answering customer questions via phone, email and chat.
  • Forwarding customer questions or complaints to our partner pharmacies.
  • Handle complaints in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
  • Proactively inform customers about orders, delivery times and our services.
  • Supporting internal activities, such as order monitoring, quality control and onboarding new colleagues.

Your
profile.

  • You speak and write Dutch and German fluently
  • You have experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • You have strong communication skills and a good sense of empathy
  • You are excellent at multitasking and stay calm in stressful situations
  • You are solution-oriented, think in terms of possibilities and take initiative
  • You have experience with computer systems and various software programs
  • You work accurately, independently and are well organized
  • You are available for 32 hours a week, with working hours Monday to Friday from 05:00 — 13:30
